Level 2 SWIMMING PROGRAM
The program will run for eight days commencing Tuesday 19th May until Friday 29th May. The program will not run on Mondays. The total cost per student for entry and professional instruction is $57.00. Students should bring their Swim Survive book alternatively new books can be purchased from the pool for an additional $4.20.
The times are as follows:
Grades 2R, 2J, 2E, 2H
1:15pm- 2:00pm- leaving at 12:45pm from school and returning approx 2:30pm.
Grades 2T, 2F, 2K, 2M
2:00pm- 2:45pm- leaving at 1:30pm from school and returning approx 3:15pm.
We will need helpers to walk with the students. Please let your child’s teacher know if you are able to accompany them. Remember that all parent helpers must have a current Working with Children’s Check.
IMPORTANT
Due to Administration requirements no late applications will be accepted beyond 3.30pm TUESDAY 12th MAY 2009. Please see office if unable to finalise payment before closing date.
Please fill in the Medical Information Form and return this to school with your payment.
Children must remember to bring:
* A named plastic bag for clothes and bathers
* Underwear – we encourage the children to wear their bathers under their clothes to pool
* Swim Survive book
* Towel & Goggles.
* Coat – depending on the weather.
Please note: A spectator fee of $2.30 must be paid if you are coming to watch your child swim (helpers excluded). Please pay this fee on your way into the complex.
